Acceptable verification documents include a valid Philippine government-issued ID such as a PhilSys National ID, passport, driver's license, SSS ID, GSIS ID, or PRC ID. Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension and withholding of withdrawal requests.
JLPark accepts deposits via GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, Visa, and Mastercard. The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. Deposits via GCash and PayMaya are credited to your JLPark account immediately upon successful transaction confirmation. Bank transfer deposits may take up to one (1) business day to reflect in your account balance.

Upon account closure, JLPark will return any verified real-money balance to the Player's registered payment method, subject to the deduction of any amounts owed to JLPark and any applicable regulatory holds. JLPark reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. Where changes are material, JLPark will provide reasonable notice to registered players via email or a prominent notice on the Platform prior to the changes taking effect.
